Appointments:
For an appointment to be scheduled please arrange for your referral to be faxed, posted or emailed to the clinic including your contact details and we will respond promptly. If however, you have not heard from the clinic in two weeks please call on (03) 9595 6111.
The clinic does not generally make appointments by phone contact alone.

Fees:
This is a private billing clinic that provides informed financial consent. MSC does not bulk bill. If you are a Workcover or TAC patient the clinic requires that you bring in a letter approving your claim with details, if this is not presented you will be required to pay the account yourself.

Payment:
Payment is required at the time of consultation. The clinic accepts Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) Eftpos, cash or cheque.

Parking:
Parking is available under the building via Raymond Grove or across the road from the clinic in front of the Cemetery, and streets surrounding.

The clinic is open from:

8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday
8:00am to 4:45pm Fridays
